What You Need to Know About Our Policies

If you are unsure about any of the services we offer, please speak to the a member of staff.

We reserve the right to refuse any treatment or service that may harm our client’s current state of health or well-being.

We will fix and repair any nails problems or paint chip within 7 days of your treatment with us for free. Outside this period we will charge a small fee for the fixture.
​
Gel Polish will approximately last for 14 days and we don't recommend having them on longer then the period suggested .
Nail Polish will need time to dry so please allow 10-20 minutes. It is also advised to bring your own flip flops for such treatments as a pedicure or toe paint with natural polish to avoid any damage. We also advise paying up front for natural nail polish to prevent any smudges.

Children under the age of 14 will need to have an adult’s consent to get any services done.

Please do let us know if your unhappy with the quality of work during the appointment so we can change or amend the problem while you in store. Once you have walked out of the door , it will mean you are happy with the services . Therefore all purchased paid are final and we will not refund or discount if you have changed your mind.
